Total Growth — your real total return: price change + dividends + realized gains, vs. what you paid.
Dividends Received (YTD) — actual dividend cash received so far this calendar year.
Investments Worth Now — what your current holdings are worth today, at today's prices.
Average Dividend Yield — your annual dividend income as a % of today's market value.
Potential Annual/Monthly Income — projected income if today's dividend rate holds — not money received yet.
XIRR — true annualized return, accounting for exactly when each dollar went in or came out.
Dividend Growth — how much your dividend income has grown vs. the same period last year.
Net Contributions — total money you've put in, minus money you've taken out by selling.
